SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery time
Delivery within the United States takes 5 to 11 business days after
dispatch, so 6 to 14 business days in total. Most orders arrive inside
that window. A minority take longer — your parcel ships from our
international warehouse partner, which is why delivery takes longer than
a domestic order.

Shipping cost
Free on every order. No minimum.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves
the warehouse. Tracking information can take 3 to 5 days to begin
updating. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Where we ship
United States only at this time.

Delays
Customs processing, weather and carrier backlogs can add a few days
beyond our stated window. If your order has not arrived after 16 business
days, email us and we will investigate or refund you.

Wrong address
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete
address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Please check your
address carefully at checkout.
