REFUND POLICY

60-day guarantee
Use it for 60 days. Run it over the couch your vacuum just finished. If
it does not pull up more hair than your vacuum did, email us and we will
refund you in full.

You do not need to send anything back. Keep the brush.

How to request a refund
Email unweavecontact@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm within one
business day and issue the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending
on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us a
photo within 10 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund
you — your choice.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once your parcel
has left the warehouse we cannot cancel it, but the 60-day guarantee
still applies.

Exceptions
None. The guarantee covers every order.
